The ZQYB-900 Cage-Type Ice Grape Press​ is a specialized equipment designed for extracting juice from ice grapes in the production of ice wine. Developed by our company through the introduction and adaptation of Italian technology to suit domestic conditions, this press features fully automatic hydraulic control. It is equipped with a mobile juice collection tray with wheels and a manually operated hydraulic lifting system, ensuring easy operation. The cage consists of two semi-circular sections made of stainless steel, combining modern aesthetics with durability. Utilizing static pressing, this machine achieves an exceptionally high juice yield and is suitable for extracting juice from any fibrous fruits as well as for vegetable processing.

◆ Main Structure

The equipment primarily consists of the frame, cage, mobile fork, diversion tray, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power unit, and electrical control system.

1. Frame: The frame is a gantry-type steel structure. The two columns are rectangular square tubes, the upper beam features an arc-shaped plate structure, and the lower beam is a rectangular square tube. Four inclined supporting feet are welded on both sides, with mobile wheel base plates installed underneath.
2. Cage: The stainless steel cage is made of 3 mm thick 304 stainless steel plates. The plates are punched with elongated juice outlet holes.
3. Hydraulic and Electrical Automatic Control System: The hydraulic system and electrical automatic control system are the key components responsible for the pressing operation. They consist of the hydraulic power unit, hydraulic cylinder, oil pipelines, and electrical control cabinet. The appropriate pressing time and pressure can be selected according to the user's specific process requirements.
