Product Details
This dicing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with international advanced machinery standards. With a rational structure, it can precisely dice, shred, and slice meat with high efficiency. The minimum diced size is 4mm, and the maximum is 30mm. Adjusting the blade size allows for the production of shredded and sliced meat, making it a preferred piece of equipment for food processing.
The machine allows for adjusting the cutting thickness knob, which varies the speed of the meat pusher to achieve different cutting thicknesses. It also allows for adjusting the pre-pressure knob to ensure consistent cutting performance. Furthermore, the meat pusher can be adjusted to a stepping motion, minimizing pressure on the product during single-blade cutting. A movable side pressure mechanism on one side of the cutting groove facilitates feeding and improves work efficiency.
