Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Production Line

Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Production Line

The fruit and vegetable cleaning production line is the core equipment system for realizing the commercialization of agricultural products in the modern food processing industry. This production line integrates mechanical, electrical, and fluid dynamics technologies to transform traditional manual fruit and vegetable cleaning operations into standardized and continuous industrial processes. Its core objective is to achieve physical cleaning, chemical disinfection, and biological bactericidal effects through multiple means, removing surface dirt and killing pathogenic microorganisms while preserving the quality of the fruits and vegetables to the maximum extent, decomposing pesticide residues, and ultimately producing clean produce that meets food safety standards.

1
Raw Material Collection and Lifting
The harvested fruits and vegetables are loaded into the lifting machine and conveyed to the front end of the production line.
2
Pre-treatment and Sorting
Raw materials pass through a vibration sorting machine to remove stones, soil blocks, and other impurities; then they enter a manual picking platform to remove rotten leaves, diseased insects, and individual abnormal items.
3
Deep Cleaning
Leafy Vegetables: Enter the air bubble cleaning machine, utilizing air bubble tumbling to remove mud and sand.Root Vegetables: Enter the brush cleaning machine, removing dirt through rotating brush friction.
4
Disinfection and Rinsing
The washed fruits and vegetables enter a disinfection tank containing ozone water or electrolyzed water for sterilization treatment, followed by multiple rinses with clean water to remove residual disinfectant.
5
Blanching and Cooling (Selected according to product needs)
Some vegetables enter a blanching machine for short-term heat treatment, followed by passing through a cooling tank for rapid temperature reduction.
6
Dewatering and Drying
Fruits and vegetables enter a centrifugal dewatering machine or are blown by an air knife dryer to remove surface moisture, keeping them dry.
7
Automatic Packaging
Finally, the clean vegetables are conveyed to a packaging machine to undergo automatic weighing, filling, and vacuum packaging, forming the final finished product for warehousing or shipment.
