Name: 2026 JINNUO Asia-Pacific Meat Processing and International Trade Exhibition

Date: June 11–14, 2026

Venue: Qingdao International Expo Center (Jimo), Qingdao, China

Organizer: JINNUO International Exhibition

Scale: 12 halls, 120,000 sqm exhibition area, 1,500+ Exhibitors expected

Highlights

1. Slaughtering & Primary Processing – Fully Automated Lines

Focus shifts from standalone machines to complete line solutions, including automatic stunning, robotic splitting, intelligent scalding, and evisceration systems. These address labor instability and product consistency challenges in slaughtering operations.

2. Deep Processing – Modularization & Data Interoperability

For prepared foods, meatballs, hot pot ingredients, and similar applications, high-speed slicing machines, intelligent tumble mixers, and forming lines are becoming more modular. Equipment can connect to factory management systems to monitor key parameters such as temperature, brine injection rate, and mixing curves in real time.

3. Packaging & Cold Chain – Freshness Preservation & E-commerce Readiness

Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), shrink wrapping, and vacuum skin packaging equipment will be widely displayed. On the cold chain side, the industry is moving from conventional freezing to superchilled precision temperature control (approx. -0.5°C to 4°C), suitable for supermarket and community retail channels.

Procurement Signals by Market

Based on preliminary buyer outreach and industry feedback for the upcoming edition, procurement demand varies significantly across regions.

  • Southeast Asia and Russia are focusing on medium-sized packaged slaughtering and processing lines. These markets are transitioning from decentralized slaughtering to small standardized plants, with strong interest in turnkey solutions and cost-effectiveness. The core objective is to reduce labor dependence through equipment investment.
  • Japan and South Korea show greater interest in deep-processing applications. Driven by aging populations, demand continues to rise for industrialized production of prepared meals and boxed lunches. High-precision slicing machines, prepared food processing lines, and frozen products with stable reheating quality are among the most requested categories. Buyers from these markets also place high importance on hygienic design and ease of disassembly for maintenance.
  • The Middle East presents procurement demand centered on Halal compliance. Slaughtering and cutting equipment that meets religious design requirements, along with traceability systems and high hygiene standards, are key evaluation criteria for buyers in this region.
  • The Chinese domestic market signals a clear focus on retrofitting existing production lines. Compared to new line construction, more companies are seeking intelligent upgrades for older equipment, particularly solutions that reduce per-ton manufacturing costs and integrate energy consumption monitoring systems.
