Grape Destemmer and Crusher Series
This product series is a specialized grape pre-processing equipment independently developed by our company, incorporating advanced technologies from similar French and Italian products while adapting to domestic conditions in China. Currently, multiple models with capacities ranging from 2 to 50 tons/hour are available for user selection. Customized special models can also be produced according to client requirements.
Main Technical Features:
- Spiral quantitative conveying; destemming is performed before crushing.
- Both the destemming shaft and rotary destemming sieve feature stepless speed adjustment. The extended length of the rotary sieve allows adaptability to various grape varieties, minimizing fruit loss in the discharged stems.
- The crushing device is located beneath the rotary destemming sieve. The crushing rollers are made of non-toxic, highly elastic rubber. The crushing unit is connected to the main body via a quick-open mechanism, facilitating internal cleaning.
- The slurry transfer pump is a movable sanitary single-screw pump, installed below the crushing device.
