This equipment is a portable single-screw continuous press, with all materials in contact with the product made of high-quality acid- and alkali-resistant stainless steel. It is suitable for extracting juice from fibrous fruits such as grapes, pineapples, and sea buckthorn berries, making it one of the preferred equipment for medium to large-scale juice or fruit wine production enterprises.

The machine consists of a frame, transmission system, feeding section, pressing section, hydraulic system, protective cover, and electrical control unit. The screw is divided into three parts: the feed screw, the pressing screw, and the extrusion screw. The pressing of the material is achieved through the interaction between the pressing screen cylinder and the material retention device, while the alignment and compression of the material are accomplished by the blocking gate at the material outlet and the extrusion screen cylinder. Juice or fruit wine can be stored separately.

The hydraulic system is powered by a gear-type oil pump that supplies pressurized oil, with system pressure regulated by an adjustable relief valve. The oil cylinder is fixed to the rear support seat, and the piston rod of the rotatable hydraulic cylinder is connected to the rotating blocking gate at the material outlet. The size of the material outlet is controlled by extending the piston rod.

The dryness or wetness of the residue can be adjusted in real-time according to requirements.
