Overview:​

This equipment is a mobile twin-screw continuous press, with all materials in contact with the product made of high-quality acid- and alkali-resistant stainless steel. It is suitable for extracting juice from fibrous fruits and vegetables such as grapes, sea buckthorn berries, pomegranates, ginger, and spinach, making it essential equipment for small to medium-sized fruit and vegetable juice or fruit wine production enterprises.

Structure:​

The machine consists of a frame, transmission system, feeding section, pressing section, hydraulic system, protective cover, and electrical control unit. The pressing screw rotates together with the main shaft, while the material conveying screw, sleeved on the main shaft, rotates in the opposite direction to the pressing screw.

Hydraulic System:​

The hydraulic system is powered by a plunger-type oil pump that supplies pressurized oil, with system pressure regulated by an adjustable relief valve. Two oil cylinders are fixed to the rear support seat, and the size of the material outlet is controlled by extending the piston rods, allowing real-time adjustment of residue dryness or wetness as required.
