The 11th China International Food & Catering Expo will take place from September 18 to 20, 2026, at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center.

For the first time, the expo will introduce a Friendship City Economic and Trade Week, creating a dedicated platform for international food and catering exchanges. The Hunan International Friendship City Products Exhibition Area will feature products from cities and companies from 20 countries and regions, including France, Russia, Australia and New Zealand. The program adds an international dimension to the expo and creates opportunities to explore cross-border business connections.

Hunan Food Culture Meets Regional Brands

More than 20 forums, competitions and business-matching events will take place alongside the exhibition. The program includes the 2026 Hotel & Catering New Consumption Value Forum, the first Hunan–ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Event, as well as culinary competitions and local food events. These activities allow visitors to explore industry developments, consumer trends and business opportunities beyond the exhibition floor.

Buyer Resources Support Business Matching

The expo has built a database of more than 200,000 targeted buyers covering supermarkets, catering and hotels, food processing, fresh-food e-commerce and wholesale distribution. It also works with more than 1,500 national and regional industry associations to organize buyer participation and business matching. A 1:5 exhibitor-to-buyer matching model will further support targeted business discussions.
